Projects exceeding one acre require a Storm Water Quality (SWQ) Permit and SWQMP; treat the first 1 inch of runoff. LID IMPs (bioretention, vegetated swales, permeable pavement, rainwater harvesting, green roofs, filter strips, planters, tree box filters) may satisfy quality and detention credits per Table 1. Conventional gravity detention minimum rate 0.55 ac-ft per acre (Table 3); LID projects may use reduced detention with approved low-impact approach.
