Water quality volume method
Water quality design storm is 1.0 inch in a 24-hour period. Treatment: treat all runoff from impermeable surfaces generated by that storm. Delta Volume Capture: infiltrate/reuse any increase in runoff volume for the WQ storm (projects creating/replacing <1 acre impervious); hydromodification control for ≥1 acre requires capture and retention of 100% of post-development volume from 1.0" rain over 24 hours. Volume calculations use the Curve Number Method.

The water quality design storm used for all SWLIDS calculations is 1.0 inch in a 24-hour period.
