off-site discharges and peak stages for the existing and developed conditions shall be computed using the Southwest Florida Water Management District's 24-hour, 25-year rainfall maps and the Natural Resources Conservation Service type II Florida Modified 24-hour rainfall distribution

Section 3.1 Discharges

Water quality volume method
District Vol. II criteria work with statewide ERP Applicant's Handbook Volume I performance standards: wet detention sized for one inch of runoff from the contributing area; retention, effluent filtration, or exfiltration sized for one-half inch of runoff (or, for several BMP types, treat runoff from the first one inch of rainfall, with an option for drainage areas under 100 acres of the first one-half inch of runoff). Treatment volume must again be available within 72 hours (only the portion recoverable in 36 hours may count toward quantity storage). Direct OFW discharges require 50% more treatment volume than the selected system.

The required water quality system must have treatment capacity for one inch of runoff if wet detention is used, or one-half inch of runoff if retention, effluent filtration or exfiltration is used, from the total developed site and contributing offsite area.
