SWMF volume-control / GI credits are available for practices that eliminate stormwater runoff from the site for all storms up to and including a one-inch storm and encourage infiltration (where soils allow) or reuse of captured stormwater. Structural facilities must be consistent with the Pennsylvania Stormwater BMP Manual (PA DEP 363-0300-002). Design sizing for development projects is in the companion Green Infrastructure Design Manual (lancaster-pa) and City Code Chapter 260.
