Water quality volume method
Runoff Reduction Method: manage on-site runoff from a one-inch rainfall event (90th percentile; Treatment Volume Tv). Tv uses volumetric runoff coefficients (Rv) for impervious cover, managed turf/disturbed soils, and forest/open space land covers.

90% of the annual rainfall events are one (1) inch or less. Therefore, the BMP Performance Goal is to manage on-site the runoff from a one-inch rainfall event
