Design Criteria

Design storm return periods (years)
10-year, 100-year

10-year, 100-year

Quantity criteria

Water quality volume method
New development: Water Quality Volume — all runoff from impervious areas must pass through a stormwater control sized for the 90th percentile storm of 1.2 inches. Runoff Reduction — green infrastructure shall retain on-site a portion of runoff from impervious areas. Streambank protection: 24-hour detention of runoff volume for the 10-year 6-hour storm. Redevelopment criteria in Section 1.8 (20% reduction / treatment of baseline impervious).
