Water quality volume method
Omaha Municipal Code Ch.32/53 PCSMP: low-impact development BMPs providing water quality control of the first one-half inch (0.5") of runoff from the site (required for plats on/after July 1, 2008; maximize 0.5" control where reasonably practical for older plats / ≥1-acre disturbance). ORSDM Chapter 8 provides BMP design criteria, pretreatment, and feasibility. Full ORSDM is chaptered and often 403-blocked on city servers.
