Water quality volume method
Qualitative control uses water quality volume and recharge volume per the 2000 Maryland Stormwater Design Manual (Revised), with ESD to the MEP. New development: treat 1.0 inch. Redevelopment: treat 0.5 inch, or remove 50% of impervious area, or a combination. Quasi-redevelopment: redevelopment rules for existing impervious plus new-development rules for added impervious.
